This full-time role reports to the Production Manager and focuses on meeting day-to-day production quotas. You will utilize your supervisory experience while leading pre-shift meetings, optimizing resources, and overseeing team training in a manufacturing environment. Continuous improvement through Kaizen teams will be part of your responsibilities.
