As part of this effort, MSF entities in the Nordic region (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland) are working together to ensure a smooth implementation of these policies. That’s why we’re looking for a **Nordic Compensation and Benefits Specialist**.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate the rollout of global rewards projects across the four Nordic countries, working closely with HR teams to align local practices with MSF’s global standards—including the integration of the HAY function grid—and harmonize them with Nordic compensation and benefits frameworks.
