The North America People Connect Representative is a key function in the People Team operating model. He/she is responsible for two main activities: On the one hand, the HRSC Representative processes requests from employees and managers, regarding life‑cycle events, such as hiring, firing, promotions, salary changes, one‑time payments and absences, among others.
