**What you'll do**:**Primary Function**:Responsible to validate and verifying manufacturing systems; including process documentation, controls and optimization through the life of the product to ensure internal quality, customer satisfaction and drive automotive culture.NPI Quality Engineer seeks and promotes the quality continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes on current and transfers businesses in accordance with the quality management system.
**Essential Functions**:1 Obtains and understands customer acceptance criteria, testing and measurement methodologies to replicate them in the plant for new products (NPIs), product transfers from another plants (STPs) and Cost Out projects.2
