Under the direction of the Manager of the Intensive Care Unit, the Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for ensuring all work aligns with the organization’s missions, goals, values, and strategic plans to promote high‑quality, safe client care. The role involves establishing and maintaining best practice, assessing learning needs, providing clinical training and orientation, acting as a clinical resource, promoting client‑and‑family‑centered care, and participating in ongoing improvement activities.
