Position Summary
Northern Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the team at the Skidegate Health Centre and the Haida Gwaii Hospital and Health Centre. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide longitudinal primary care to patients of all ages in a supportive, community-based setting. The NP will attach a patient panel. The role is well-integrated within the clinic and supported by a collaborative team, including public health staff and administrative support. The clinic uses C-MOIS Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for documentation and care coordination.
