Summary The incumbent is located at one of the sites of care for the Roseburg VA Health Care System (RVAHCS), including the main Roseburg campus and Eugene VA HCC. Travel may also be required within the Health Care System. The incumbent assists and cares for Veterans in outpatient specialty care setting, communicates with other members of the healthcare team regarding patient concerns and personal observations. Responsibilities Functions or Scope of Assigned Duties: Ability to assist in the full range of nursing care to patients/Veterans with physical and/or behavioral problems in a hospital, long term care or outpatient setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
