The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of overall experience in supply chain solutions and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions. This role involves planning configurations, workflow modeling, UI design, action buttons, procedures, solver performance tuning, report design, user stories refinement, and assisting Client Success teams in solving complex production issues.
