Job Description
Office & Administrative Support
· Manage day-to-day office operations and act as a first point of contact for candidates, clients, and visitors.
· Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation, ensuring high levels of data integrity.
· Prepare contracts, letters, reports, and other documents with exceptional attention to detail.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries promptly and professionally.
· Support consultants with scheduling interviews, preparing candidate packs, and updating ATS/CRM systems.
Compliance & Process Management
· Ensure all candidate compliance documents are collected, verified, and stored correctly.
· Maintain GDPR standards and adhere to data protection policies.
· Monitor internal processes and highlight opportunities for improvements in efficiency.
Operations Support
· Liaise with suppliers and manage office stock and subscriptions.
