Description
Reporting to the Inside Valve Sales Manager, Valve Sales Assistants are accountable for:
- Order entry for both small day to day orders, large project orders and Machine Orders
- Data Entry for the valve quote packages for the Inside Valve Sales personnel
- Order placement and enrollment of after sales group regarding details explaining customer requirements, Special requirements such as document and expediting requirements on the orders that have been placed with factory lead times
- Other duties that may be assigned by Mgt.
- Manage high volumes of information and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Communicate proactively across teams when updates or delays occur
- Operate in ambiguity while processes are still being defined
- Maintain organization and attention to detail in compliance-heavy environment
