Title: Office Administrator
Location: Greater Toronto Area

Salary Range: 65K-80K (depending on experience)
The Office Administrator provides centralized administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient office operations. The role supports leadership and staff through managing correspondence, schedules, records, and documentation; coordinating meetings and office logistics; processing routine financial and clerical tasks (including invoicing, time sheets, expenses, and vendor-related items); and maintaining office resources, procurement, and systems. The position also supports HR and head office compliance activities, including maintaining health and safety records and tracking training and certifications, while contributing to overall workflow efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
