About the Role
We are a growing home service company in Alberta and are looking for a reliable, organized Office Manager to join and lead our in-office team. This role is a managerial position where you will assist in many key areas of the business including administrative and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Set goals with, schedule and assist our outbound calling team.
- Support day-to-day office operations and assist the team as needed.
- Help book customers alongside the team through outbound calling.
- Work directly with the business owners to ensure targets are being hit.
- Grow into different areas of the business as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, texts, and emails.
