Atreus Systems, a division of Sonus Networks, is looking for an Office Manager for their Ottawa Office. Reporting to the VP of HR this position is primarily responsible for managing the administrative needs of the Sonus Ottawa branch, including providing support to the senior management team and managing facilities. Specific duties include:

• Provision of administrative support to the Sonus Ottawa senior management team, including arranging travel, booking meetings, preparing documents and presentations using Microsoft software
• Maintaining a comprehensive corporate/admin calendar of events, complete with reminders/alerts.
• Managing office facilities, including parking passes
• Maintaining office supply and kitchen supply inventories
