Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee office operations, financial administration, client relations, executive support, and day-to-day business activities. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations while supporting leadership initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely collections and payments.
Manage financial operations including payroll administration (Puerto Rico and Colombia), bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and billing processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to streamline invoicing and support customer retention initiatives.
