The Office Services Team Lead plays a key role in creating a seamless, high-quality workplace experience across our downtown Vancouver corporate offices. This role provides day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to the Office Services team, ensuring exceptional service delivery in all areas of office administration and employee support. Working closely with the Corporate Facilities team, the Team Lead helps drive a consistent, One Ledcor approach to workplace operations, fostering a collaborative, service-oriented environment that enhances the overall employee experience.
