Our client is a leading WordPress page builder plugin. They are looking for Onboarding Support Associates. These are full-time, home office based positions providing customer support via chat or email. As a Tier 2 Onboarding Support Associate, you will provide a high level of support for the future and existing users.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role
Superb level of English
High-level of written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional courtesy and overall a βpeopleβs personβ
Excellent organizational skills
A team player
Basic knowledge and understanding of WordPress β an advantage
