Job Description

To achieve our ambitious goals we are looking for you to support our “Product Solutions Team”. Currently we have a short-term vacancy of a Onboarding Manager (f/m/d).

Your areas of responsibility include:

  • Steering and monitoring our onboarding process for securities fund launches and transfers end-2-end into Universal-Investment to ensure a delivery in-time and in-quality

  • Acting as central touchpoint and escalation body for clients and our internal departments during the end-2-end onboarding process

  • Managing internal and external stakeholders to keep them appraised of progress and communicate any additional requirements

  • Coordinating and facilitating the legal and operational setup (incl. cross country distribution requirements) of new mandates (fund launches as well as transfers) by interacting with clients and our internal departments
