Program Coordinator – Online & Delivery Coordinator

Crayons and Beyond, a nonprofit organization, exists to level the playing field in the classroom by ensuring that teachers can provide students in need with the tools to succeed in school. This is accomplished through distributing supplies and related items to teachers in the Resource Center (Store), shipping, and delivery into schools.

The Online & Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the operation, support, and growth of the online ordering program, which includes online orders for pick up and delivery. This position oversees order management systems, fulfillment processes, inventory coordination, and leads the volunteer pick and pack team. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact and customer service representative for teachers utilizing online pick‑up and delivery distribution channels. Evening and some weekend hours are required.
