In this key role, you’ll handle initial communications with prospective residents while influencing marketing initiatives across the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include market analysis, promotional material oversight, and the management of rentable items in Yardi. Collaboration with the Property Management team will be essential for constant improvement in attracting and retaining residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating market analyses and remain current on trends
• Support the execution of leasing and marketing strategies
• Compile and analyze leasing activity reports
• Manage parking and storage rentals, ensuring compliance
• Host and support company-sponsored resident events
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in sales, leasing preferred
