Join Compugen as an Onsite Deskside Support Analyst in Vancouver, BC, where you'll provide essential tech support in a busy financial services environment. Your expertise in troubleshooting and device management will ensure seamless operations.
In this role, you will handle technical issues across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and key workplace applications. With a strong focus on user support, you will perform hardware diagnostics, manage ticket lifecycles, and coordinate equipment repairs.
