As the Engineering Specialist – CDT+R, you will report to the Director of Product Verification & Assurance. This role involves owning the lifecycle of technical issue resolution and collaborating with various teams to enhance product standards. By translating customer feedback into actionable insights, you will drive significant improvements in engineering and operational processes.
