Job Description

Job Overview


  • Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and driving project planning processes

  • Provide business units support in developing, maintaining and updating project cost baselines and budgets in collaboration with project managers and finance teams.

  • Perform cost management for projects in accordance with our client’s project management governance.

  • Facilitate and support project financial close out processes

  • Collaborate with project manager to address variances, adjusting project plans and budgets as needed to maintain financial control.

  • Set up applicable source systems (AS9, EcoSys, ePMX, P6 etc) as required as ensure alignment with project control systems

  • Maintain alignment between source systems and project control systems throughout project life cycle

  • Develop detailed schedules and/or provide schedule oversight activities to ensure full visibility on project timel...
