Responsibilities
Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
Visually inspect equipment, identify and operate shut‐off valves and utility shut‐offs.
Maintain inventory, requisition parts and supplies, and record daily activities/issues using approved communication programs.
Perform surface preparation, painting, drywall/wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement, and cleanup of repair areas.
