Position
Operation Manager
Contract TypeFreelancer (potential for indefinite contract)
Salary$10,000 MXN/month (monthly)
Contract Structure1-month trial period
3-month probationary period
Indefinite contract upon satisfactory performance
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Availability for adaptable hours is required
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and responsible
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Experience in sales and social media management (TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Supervise and support livestreamers during live sessions
- Develop and manage scripts, organize products, and prepare sets for live streams
- Oversee sales performance during live sessions, ensuring effective follow‑up and reporting
