Position Summary

Reporting to the Head of Risk, TSX Trust, the Operational Risk Analyst is a critical second‑line defense role focused on the integrity of our internal ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring the firm operates within OSFI E‑21 expectations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks arising from people, processes, systems, and external events. This role moves beyond mere compliance to proactively stress‑test our operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), ensuring that transfer agency and corporate trust services operate within defined risk appetite limits.
• Facilitate Risk Control Self‑Assessments (RCSAs) across business units to identify blind spots and validate the design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
