We’re partnering with a leading enterprise organization to bring on an experienced Operational Risk Change Manager to support key initiatives within Operational and Non-Financial Risk .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and can lead end-to-end change management while embedding strong risk and control practices. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to guide change initiatives tied to regulatory, process, and strategic transformation efforts.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension or conversion)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Rate: $88 Incorporated / $77 T4
