As the Director of Operations for our Guadalajara Plant, you will lead a 24-hour manufacturing operation and play a critical role in driving operational excellence while building a culture of innovation and transformation. You will be accountable for developing leaders, applying economic-based business management, and realizing a clear operational vision across key functions including SMT, assembly operations (manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated), safety, product quality, materials, planning, and environmental systems.
