Job Description
Our client, a respected organization in the nonprofit/global sector, is seeking a Temporary Operations & Finance Manager in Downtown Toronto to support day-to-day finance and operational needs. This is a hands‑on contract opportunity ideal for someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and keep core finance operations running smoothly in a lean environment.
Benefits & Perks
- Pay Rate: $35-50/hr
- Contract Duration: Approximately 2 months (potential for extension)
- Schedule: Part‑time – 3 days/week, 9:00am–6:00pm (24 hours/week)
- Hybrid: 1 day in office (Downtown Toronto) + 2 remote days
Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, bill payments, reimbursements, and disbursements
- Maintain bank accounts and complete monthly bank reconciliations
