Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day security operations across locations
• Lead onboarding and training for security staff
• Cover shifts for planned absences and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement performance enhancements
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of security operations management experience
• Valid BC Security License and First Aid/CPR certification
