About The Role

As an Operations Manager in the Financial Business Group, you will help shape and drive Uber's financial products in Latin America, driving financial contribution and engagement impact among drivers, couriers and merchants by understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored, competitive financial solutions. You will manage end-to-end operations, including working with external partners, analyzing and reporting data, creating communications and shaping the plan to make the programs successful. You'll work on both strategy and implementation, requiring a blend of problem-solving, data analysis, market insight, and stakeholder management, while collaborating across Mobility, Delivery, Strategy & Planning, Business Development, Legal, Data Science and Tech teams.
