Our client, a prominent multi-service law firm based in Mississauga and serving the Greater Toronto Area, is in growth mode and actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their expanding team.

Your new role

In this new role, you will work directly with the principal of the firm to manage all aspects of the firm’s operations. You will develop and implement operational policies and procedures that ensure the smooth running of the firm’s operations. You will be empowered to structure, develop, supervise, and staff the firm’s various departments, including marketing, human resources, accounting, office management, social, and IT/tech support.
