Job Description:

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Act as the main point of contact and work closely with all outsourced vendor services relating to finance, legal, regulation compliance etc
• Trade vendor coordination and management
• Management of all company administrative matters.
• Help the organisations processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Manage budgets and forecasts within your department
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs within the department
