What you'll be doing 

• Work with the Resource Recovery Manager to monitor and improve unprofitable accounts using Waste Edge data.
• Monitor & analyse KPIs, identify performance issues and implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead, motivate and manage the Operations team across two sites.
• Ensure all weighing systems are certified, calibrated and fully operational.
• Assist in positively resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively.
