The Operations Specialist for the Argentina and Southern Andes Business Units is responsible for coordinating a team that delivers administrative support to the TNC staff located throughout Argentina and Chile. The Operations Specialist supervises the operations team to ensure strong service delivery to BU teams and rapid progress on projects based on extensive knowledge of internal policies and procedures. They interpret guidelines and analyze information to achieve results, improve workflow, and solve problems. They provide recommendations and targeted training related to the areas under management. This role supports all levels of staff on HR issues, working closely with the Regional HR Manager and HR team.
