ABOUT THE ROLE
The Aggregates / Asphalt Operations Supervisor, Vancouver Island, is responsible for the safety, operational performance, and commercial results of aggregate and asphalt operations across Vancouver Island. This role drives operational excellence to achieve production targets, budgets, and KPI objectives while overseeing CAPEX, equipment fleet, reserve development, and cross-functional coordination.
