Plan and manage workforce allocation for process start-up and ongoing operational support. Plan, develop, implement, and establish control mechanisms for operational processes. Monitor personnel compliance with company standards, including health, appearance, and risk prevention requirements. Conduct process audits throughout the work shift. Implement containment and corrective countermeasures when detecting non-conforming (NG) activities, materials, or products.
