As an Operations Support Agent, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our offices. You will be involved in a variety of practical tasks that will help you develop your autonomy and sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk
• Greet visitors and respond to internal requests
• Support teams with daily operational and administrative requests
• Participate in infrastructure management (spaces, equipment, logistical needs)
• Manage inventories, including tracking and restocking supplies, as well as maintaining and managing the snack counter
• Help maintain an organized and functional work environment
