Overview


This position is primarily responsible for facilitating/providing the training of hourly and management support employees. Duties will also involve assisting with new hire orientation and equipment specific training, which includes safety and product quality elements. The operations trainer position is responsible for the evaluation of plant training, enhancing the on-boarding process, and the recommendation of the appropriate courses of action to management.


Responsibilities


+ Effectively train new employees, both in production and classroom environments during their initial 90 days of employment to assist them in adapting to their new roles and responsibilities. Monitor progress and motivate employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity.
