• Configure and support Oracle EBS Sourcing and Purchasing modules.
• Gather business requirements and perform functional configuration.
• Support sourcing processes including RFQ, RFP, RFI, and auction events.
• Manage supplier-related activities through Oracle iSupplier Portal.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, and deployment support activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for solution delivery.
• Prepare functional documentation and process mapping artifacts.
