Oracle Functional Consultant

for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location Remote Key Tasks

Lead the end-to-end project to align Oracle implementation with US Government FAR compliance. Design and implement required system changes to support FAR-compliant billing processes and General Ledger (GL) reporting requirements. Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with government regulations. Provide subject matter expertise on FAR Part 31 cost principles and related compliance rules. Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes. Create process documentation, policies, and training materials to support ongoing compliance.
