Oracle CX Functional Consultant

Required skills:

• 5+ years as Functional Consultant in complex environments;
• 2+ years with CRM systems (Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud preferred);
• expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration; experience with Accounts, Contacts, Service Requests, Opportunities; skilled in Application/Page Composer, sandboxes, custom objects, fields, scripts, relationships; Azure DevOps for user stories, test cases, bugs, tasks; strong CRM/service workflow knowledge; functional/regression testing;
• test cycles, data prep, defect management; environment refresh/migration; requirements analysis; translating business needs;
• Agile experience; relevant business/IT degree; excellent communication, problem-solving, adaptability, accountability.
