Contract Length: 12 Months

Day Rate: €500 per day



About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management & Learning Lead to support a global Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation. This role will lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support for the Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud workstreams.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud functional lead with strong experience in Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Profiles, Career Development, and Oracle Learning Cloud.
