Job Description

Order Management Customer Call Support Senior Analyst (Location: Bogotá)

Support accurate, efficient, and compliant customer order processing and manage requests from customers. Provide proactive problem resolution, coordinate with related functions, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer customer orders to meet agreed service levels.
  • Monitor order validation, identify and resolve exceptions, and ensure accurate processing.
  • Block orders for delivery or billing when necessary and follow up to remove block after issue resolution.
  • Modify orders per stakeholder requests (e.g., delivery date or quantity changes) and document changes.
  • Coordinate with local and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure proper stock allocation and mitigate out‑of‑stock situations.
