Job Description

Accelerate your sales career as an Outbound Business Development Representative at PACE. Engage in high-volume outreach to secure qualified meetings for our Advisors in a hybrid or remote work setting.
In this role, you will help drive new business by connecting with potential clients through outbound calls. With 1–2 years of sales experience, you will develop strategic outreach initiatives and master essential skills in identifying prospects' needs. Your organizational skills will be critical as you familiarize yourself with our CRM and maintain meeting benchmarks with the support of sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
