Responsibilities
Operational Management: Supervise the outlet’s daily operations, including opening and closing routines, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Lead and coordinate both front‑of‑house (service) and back‑of‑house (kitchen/baking) teams to maintain strong alignment and productivity. Uphold consistently high standards of customer service and quality (QSC), ensuring the brand is always well represented.
Financial & Administrative Management: Take full responsibility for the outlet’s overall performance, working towards achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets and KPIs. Manage and monitor all operating costs—such as labor, food, and overheads—to ensure adherence to budget. Oversee inventory management, including stock checks, ordering, and waste minimization. Handle daily sales operations, including cash management and reporting, and complete all required administrative tasks.
