You will serve as the operational engine of a digital talent management pod — handling brand sourcing and outreach, deal tracking, brand campaign execution, team admin & scheduling, and contract redlining.

You will be embedded directly in key pod workflows, working primarily with a pod member who will provide hands‑on direction and training. • Send daily customized outbound brand outreach emails using templates and Affinity CRM
