About the Role:

You will be part of the OLE & Simulation team within our Railway Systems department –

a multidisciplinary group of 50+ engineers delivering OLE and OCS design for major international rail projects.

The Poland office is a fully integrated design hub, with real technical ownership and direct involvement in project delivery, not just production support.

What You Will Do:

Depending on your experience level, you will be involved in:

• OLE / OCS design for tramway, conventional rail and high‑speed rail projects
• Preparation of technical reports, drawings, layouts and design calculations
• Development of structural steelwork, wiring arrangements and bonding plans
• Mechanical and geometric calculations for OLE systems
• Coordination with other disciplines and participation in design reviews
