Employment Type: Full Time, Bargaining Unit (2 Vacancies)
Work Hours: 35 hours/week (M-F 11pm – 7am & 12am – 8am)
Work Setting: Onsite – Limited opportunities to work remotely: 185 Cummer Avenue, Toronto, ON
Salary: External Rate: F7 - $50,162.63
Internal Rate: F8 - $51,186.35

Program Overview – Cummer Housing Program, Supportive Housing – Community Care Unit
The Supportive Housing Program provides housing for seniors who have experienced homelessness and may be living with mental health and/or substance use challenges. The program offers onsite psychosocial and primary care supports aimed at promoting stability, wellness, and self-sufficiency within a supportive community environment.
