• Lead bid and proposal process through the organization for OWSS Tasks
• Assume project leadership for the execution of awarded Tasks
• Monitor, coordinate and report on task activities within the scope of the task to ensure on time deliverables, performance to schedule and budget
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to facilitate effective task execution
