About the role

As a Paralegal at APG, you will be a key player in influencing the success of our group legal support team. Utilising your expertise in legal matters, you will contribute to the seamless and efficient delivery of products that capture our customers memories and joy. Working closely within a collaborative cross-functional team environment, your responsibilities will include handling legal documentation, ensuring compliance with e-commerce regulations, and providing valuable support in legal matters related to our business operations.
Primary Responsibilities

Company Secretarial

Prepare legal documentation including resolutions, notices, powers of attorney etc. 

Lead on corporate housekeeping by coordinating that documents are duly signed, apostilled and notarized in a timely manner
